The previous version of this cigar was famous with its strong tobacco taste and also strong earthy peppery flavours. However, the latest production has been made quite milder. One possible solution, for those who miss the old strong flavours, is ageing the cigar properly, because it is presented in a fully varnished box, perfect for maturing the product.

A great cigar for those who like big Habanos when the time of smoking comes. It was once introduced in the Guiness Book of Records because of its size, 235mm. Cigar for big events. It is the biggest, but not the strongest among Montecristo brand. A big cigar requires a big glass of your favourite drink to be accompanied by.

Great quick smoke full of character. Needs a bit of maturing. The new Trinidad Kings is the smallest of the new formats, quite similiar to Minuto format.

A medium flavour cigar with leathery and woody notes. Each cigar is individually wrapped in alumuminum wrapper and packed in a Slide Lide Box, like the Hoyo Particulares.

This cigar is a very good beginning for someone who is interested in cigars as general. It has a pleasant typical cuban taste and is very cheap which makes it so popular. Very good cigar for new members of the “cigar club” and for those who do not want to spend much. Don’t expect any complex flavours – just a light and mild cigar.

You can feel lots of pleasant flavours in this cigar such as earth, wood, cocoa and chocolate. Minimum ageing recommended – at least 3 years. If it is not aged properly, it may have slightly green color.

This cigar has mix of pleasant flavours. Leather, rough earth, sandy, remaking that the strength of flavours is not an indication of nicotine content. An easy smoking cigar for a hot summer evening.

Strength was one of the most important features of this cigar, but since the year 1995, that strength has been slightly reduced. The minimum ageing recommended goes from three to five years.
